SHIPPING AND RETURNS

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All shipments come with tracking.

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS First Class (3-5 day business days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped with USPS First Class International (7-14 business days) and starts at $20.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

This isn’t fast fashion, each piece is made by hand, so please allow for production time which can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks plus shipping time.

CUSTOMS

Depending on each country, international orders may be subject to varying customs and duty charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay charges upon arrival — these charges are not included in the original purchase price.

LOSS OR DEMAGE

Please note that Lorianna The Label is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment / or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

RETURNS, SIZING & EXCHANGES

As each piece is made to order each time, refunds are only given within 48 hours of placing the order. Additionally, no refunds or remakes will be issued if the sizing is wrong — every ring is made to order by hand so it is the buyers responsibility to submit correct sizing before you purchase and use the size guide given. If you think you have given the wrong size, please email me immediately.

FAQ’S

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

Lorianna The Label is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping nor are we required to locate lost / stolen packages once they have been delivered. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you submit an incorrect address please email us as soon as possible and we will try to update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS for domestic and international orders. 

What if my package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason or re-shipment is required, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the package to be sent again.
